Refund policy

Final Sale

All items are considered final sale. Because our books are printed and fulfilled through a third-party distributor, we are unable to accept returns for items that are delivered in good condition. 

We will gladly replace items that:

  • Arrive damaged
  • Have a binding defect
  • Were shipped in error (wrong book/ISBN)

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 60 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged/defective item
  • A photo of the packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, we will issue a free replacement. Refunds are generally not provided for these cases unless a replacement is unavailable.

Returns (If Approved)

Returns may only be approved in rare cases at our discretion. If a return is authorized:

  • The request must be made within 60 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • A 15%–25% restocking fee may be applied
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Ordered wrong item
  • Minor printing variations
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Items returned after 60 days
